Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Fantastic Cookbook
I'm pretty much a food lover -- and have always said that I workout SO THAT I can eat. :) This cookbook is fantastic -- high quantities of great tasting foods that are low calorie, filling, and incredibly simple.

I've tried a few recipes thus far, and I'm pretty sure I'll soon crown this as my favorite diet cookbook. Ever.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Incredible!!!
This book is amazing. So far I have tried the chicken strips and they were awesome. Check out her website. She has a ton of recipes on there too! I've tried the double chocolate chip frappachino from starbucks and it was great. Her taco bell recipes were wonderful too!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - GREAT FOR CALORIE-CONSCIOUS FOODIES
Hungry Girl is a great addition to the to the growing book genre for foodies and food fanatics who love food but want to modify their habit a bit and interleaf healthy ingredients into the mix - or batter if it were. The book encourages you to eat low-calorie versions of burgers, French fries, pizza, onion rings, burritos, chocolate cake, brownies, cheese nachos, frozen margaritas, fudge, ice cream freezes, and other "guilt-free" junk foods as well as cocktails. If life is just not worth living unless ... Read More

The chopped buffalo salad was spicy, delicious, and quite filling, but I don't think that it tasted just like the industrial-strength version. It was easy to make and I recommend it to anyone who likes spicy food.

I was a little wary of the English muffin pizzas because I used to make those as a kid and never really cared for them. I also have never been crazy about turkey pepperoni. ... Read More
