Designed to be used to help level 2 children improve their reading this book starts with a sound foundation. By using cartoon characters that the children are familiar with, there will be an initial interest. The story is also one that is silly. Shaggy and Scooby mistake the football players and their fans as aliens. They also see a blimp overhead and believe that it is the aliens' space ship.
