Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Action-packed!!!
"The Taking of Beverly Hills" is an action-packed thrill ride of a movie! I know, because the very first time I saw it, it was sooooooo good that I just had to watch it again. And each time I watch "Beverly Hills", it gets better and better throughout. I had to give credit to Ken Wahl on the lead performance as a quarterback football player. Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Do not take this movie seriously.
This is the story of a fake toxic spill, which is created to allow for all of Beverly Hills to be looted. Ken Wahl is the quarterback hero of this film and of of course he has his comedic sidekick to help him. The film has some good action film attributes to it, but like "Last Action Hero" it can not be taken seriously. If you like "Remo Williams" or "Buckaroo Bonzai" give this movie a chance. It might just surprise you.
