Only down side is it is only CDs with no paperwork or information other than that on the CDs. Rating:  - Every first year teacher should listen to this CD set...If you are a beginning teacher or a teacher who is thinking about leaving the profession, please listen to this CD set. Every minute is full of important advice for teachers. If you implement what you will hear in 2 hours, you will be an effective teacher. It will sound like common sense, but there is little 'common' about 'common sense'.
