![]() Rating: - Excellent and practicalI saw my personal trainer use this book as a reference and decided to buy it. It is a very complete, smart and thorough guide. Exercises are explained, and there is so much variety that there is no chnace of getting bored or stuck in a routine. It is part of my to 5 books on fitness. Rating: - Good resourceThis resource provides more information for a complete approach to training than any other I have read. If you are looking to improve your core strength I would certainly recommend getting this book to help you. Good luck! Rating: - Poorly Organized, not very helpfulI had high hopes for this book. The book has good pictures, which illustrate the exercises well. However, it is very unorganized, with chapters that don't go in any particular order. Additionally, the routines that are recommended are very poorly worded, and don't give specifics about time to hold a position, or how many reps/sets to do. All in all, I was very disappointed with this book. To add insult to injury, the binding fell apart, and the pages are now everywhere. |
