I have had the opportunity to have read both the male & female version of this book. I have also been practising the techniques some years ago, with tremendous wonderful results. I can tell anyone of you that, if you practise the techniques with the discipline required you will see, feel and experience the results promised to you. I highly recommend both books for reading and training. It give both male and female insight in each others techniques.
