![]() Rating: - A bit overhypedI tried to like this book, but it truly is for fans of the show. If you cut out all the references to participants from the show, it's about 1/2 as long! (And since I wasn't a follower of the show, the names have no meaning for me. Diet and fitness books always have an overabundance of "success" stories anyway. Read More Rating: - Good Recipes, Good AdviceI don't watch the show but thought the information that I previewed in the book was good, sound advice so I bought the book. Read More Rating: - Your last fitness program book!I actually bought this book as a gift for my Mother. She loved the book. She said the exercises were exactly what she was looking for and helped her design a workout program for herself. We are both using this book as well as the Weight Loss book and Cookbook. They are great tools to use together. |
