The two previous reviewers were right about not utilizing the full pages, there's many drawings that are smaller in size, but it's about half the book pretty much. The pages you see in the example are the actual full pages. But the feel is a lot smaller than I thought. So that was actually a disappointment. But for the rest of the images, I was okay with them. The presentation for the cover and the back were good. I didn't find the text ... Read More Rating: - POSThis book was in my amazon recommended buy thing. I did the amazon look inside preview and the pages that came up looked cool. Lo and behold I have it in my hands now. The art is stock eastern Asian. Theres some cool stuff going on in the first few pages. This guys not bad, but it's kind of like good "meh". Anyways, what makes this book a steaming pile is the presentation. 1. I saw this book advertised in the back of the book and because the manga was illustrated so beautifully I decided to buy it. It was the best $18 I have ever spent. It is a very beautifully illustrated book that includes interviews from the artist. I recommend this book to anyone who loves manga, anime and art in general. Rating: - An excellent bookI'll make it simple: this is an excellent book, packed with the stunning art of Yasushi Suzuki. I had never heard of him until I had picked this book up, and now, I am a fan for life. Even better is the fact that anyone I have shown the book to wants to get their own copy. I'm not sure why the previous reviewer did not like it so much, since I find none of the faults about the book that were mentioned in that review. Having said that, I do wish it were longer, but that's just a minor ... Read More Rating: - great art, horrible presentationthis book showcases the art Suzuki created for certain products like videogames & novels plus there are also some original illustrations, I was first introduced to Suzuki's style in the N64 game Sin & Punishment where he handled the art direction, this book however does not contain any official artwork from the game like character illustrations, scenery or even the box art, I was told it was due to Nintendo holding the rights to it, whether that is true or not it is disappointing nevertheless, the only ...
