Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Handy Guide
The more I learn about nutrition, the more the evidence points to sugar and refined grains as the combined #1 problem in our diets contributing to the obesity and diabetes epidemics. i found this book quite good, it gives great lists of all the different food categories. still found that alot of the food listed was american, canadian or australian though.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - not so great
I was disappointed with this book. Most of the name brand products they had on their list are only available in Canada. This was of very little use to me since I live in California.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - quality information
Update your info about Hypoglycemia food choices and a safe, easy way to lose weight with this book - easy to use and understand.
