This book has some useful ideas for training, but there are only a few which I would consider truly excellent.

Simply stated, "This is one heck of a fantastic book to help you develop your martial arts techniques through various common and also unique training methods." Okay, now that the simple statement has been said, allow me the opportunity to delve a little bit deeper into this book and all that it has to offer, which is plenty!

Loren Christensians' book is a spectacular first volume that provides classic and modern, traditional and innovated ways, tips, and drills to help make one a quicker, faster, and better martial artist and fighter. I have read a few of his books over the years and I should review more of his books because I revisit them often.
