 Rating:  - Positive ThinkingI popped this cd in my computer while at work and have it playing in the background throughout the day. It is nice, quiet and relaxing music. I have been listening for about three weeks. I have noticed that my stress level has decreased and my mood is more pleasant....whether or not that is necessarily attributed to this cd I cannot say. However, I consider it worth the money. Rating:  - confused in Kansas CityI'm confused what the others reviewers see as positive with this CD. The first part is bad piano music, and the second part has a disturbing grating noise all through it. Remember the movie, Contact? I have many of her other CDs, but this was my first purchase of one of her subliminals. I kept trying to get good results, but it was the complete opposite for me. However, I didn't expect subliminal. I guess I was in a hurry when I ordered it. I love Kelly Howell's voice on other CDs. Rating: - Great!!I am more mindful of my thoughts since listening. I also find it easier to dismiss my neg. thinking. The music is easy to listen to and I find it to be calming, which makes it great to fall asleep to. I find the 2nd track to be esp. relaxing, almost like a brain massage. You can listen to the 1st track as many times a day as you want. The 2nd track you should only listen to up to 2x's a day as it contains special freqencies that stimulate the brain to make it more receptive to the messages.[...] Rating: - Just musicThis is a CD of elevator music.
