The women who perform in the video have real-woman bodies, not the anorexic-looking, waif-type body that I never want to obtain. The leaders are both larger women as well, and their encouraging words are positive rather than the negative "this is for that cheesecake you ate last week" kind of punitive message that you often hear in aerobics settings. It's a workout that I can do!I found this video at the library and I've looked everywhere for it. I finally found it here. It's a great workout designed especially for older or heavier women. It allows time during the workout to stop, check your heart rate and then continue. I highly recommend this video. |
