![]() Rating: - Great workout with out the frills and fuss!Great video. Simple exercises that are effective with repetition and all Cardio is low intensity. I like the "Back to Basics" approach where no fancy equipment is pushed, and Jake does a good job of keeping you motivated throughout each circuit (there are a total of three 20-min. circuits). Because you only need 20 minutes and the exercises are kept simplistic, you look forward to the work out and it's easy to fit it into the daily schedule. Rating: - This is what you need to firm up quick!I love this video. I purchased it a few years ago and still use it on a regular basis. Its a 1 hour long workout thats divided into three 20 minute circuits. Exercises are simple. Eact set of exercises follows a stopclock on screen. I think its more effective than counting reps. Jake motivates you all the way. You have one piece of equipment (a bar - but a broomstick works just as well) and you have the option of adding weights for extra resistance.
