 Rating: - The movie that started it allI just wanted to chime in that the movie preceded the series. It was NOT a piecemeal of the series to create a movie. The movie introduced the characters or could be better described as the PILOT for the series. I am praying that NBC will release the series (with the movie included) as a DVD set. If nothing else, it would put the vultures that are charging upwards of $100 bucks for their pirated copies out of business. I just wish that they would put out a DVD of the entire series including the movie. I just fell in love with this series growing up and when it went off the air, I was devasted! It's one of the few shows that I still think about and want to see again. Read More Rating: - The series and the movie were not one and the same!Someone stated that the series was just the movie cut up with commercials placed throughout. That is simply not true. The move was a jumpstart for the series. It showed how the girls ended up in the mansion and the series was about their lives there. I wish this was out on dvd. I'd purchase the whole series. My friends and I used to gush about the show the day after it aired. Rating: - I KNEW it!!!HA! I've finally found proof that I am not making it up! I loved this TV show and used to tell all my friends about it. None of 'em had ever even HEARD of it and one person told me, "Are you sure you don't have your own SPECIAL TV that shows these things you make up??" Well!
