I thought I was buying a humorous health and nutrition book, but instead it was animal rights advocacy material. I have no problem with the animal rights movement, but the nature of this book should be made clear right from the start, on the front and back covers. Then it got down to the real business of the book, which is to push a Vegan lifestyle as the only way to go. That's fine, but I really wish I'd known that before I wasted the money on the book!
