Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Dr. Mc Coy, He's very sick!
I am reviewing Judgement Rites(though all of the ST game reviews are clumped together)
Of all of the Star Trek(and other kinds) of games I have played nothing compares to STJR(Star Trek Judgement Rites) It has excellent dialogue(by ALL of the star trek crew of the 60's series.) It has flight-sim space battles using resources and battle stratedgies and it has on world adventures where you, as Captain James Kirk, act and re-act as do your NPC's in the game. Dialogue choices are endless. Most ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Windows XP and possable ME
this game won't normally work on Windows XP and possable ME because it was designed for windows 95 but will run on 98 not al whole lot of difference between the 2 except mostly upgraded to except the newer tech at the time but they way XP is set up it won't run properly on XP because it is just reconfigured in numerious ways (thanx Microsoft) so it can better use your computers hardware better well atleast thats what microsoft will say so personally I don't like XP that much have had too much problems ... Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Very classy, very fun
I bought this game for 5 bucks at a local retail store and wasn't expecting much but this game is absolutely huge and extremely detailed, not to mention very fun. Some people have mentioned the graphics being dated, but even so they're very detailed and stylized. Sure there are no 3d texture mapped polygons or gratuituous FMVs every three seconds...that's why I liked it! Plus it has all the original cast voices and sound fx which perfectly recreate the feel of the series. A lot of time and care went into ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - bottom line: A lot of fun!
This is probably the only DOS game availible for sale these days and it is a lot more fun than some of the newer "high profile" games out there. Sure, the graphics are early 1991 but the puzzels are just the right amount of challenge without being too easy or hard and the light-hearted humor is what really steals the show. I always looked foreward to the next exiting episode(8 in all). This is a space sim and adventure game rolled up into one.(need more hybrids today) For those of you who can't run the game ...
