 Rating:  - My take on this cameraMay I recommend that the user, who complained about the red-eye effect not working, tha he / she checks the camera setting? If it is not on the regular -A- setting, red eye feature doesn't work. Other settings include sports, landscape and etc.. (One good thing about this camera is its multi-functions and features, which can be bad for people who get confused and frustrated easily - I am one of them) I can understand the frustration of the buyer who gave one star because of poor reliability. ... We had been soured on zoom cameras when we purchased the #1 consumer reports zoom (a Yashica) a couple of years ago and could never get consistently sharp pictures.
