 Rating: - Justheppy review of The Party soundtrackI must apologise because I don't have the CD with me right now, so I won't try to describe each song, etc. What I will say is that I have played the CD a couple of times and have enjoyed it from the start. Apart from this, I have seen the film countless of times and am a very big fan of it, to say the least! I simply had to purchase the soundtrack for its 60's style music ('The Party' and its cool jazz pieces, etc.) - They just don't make music like this anymore! So, YES, I absolutely recommend this ... Read More Rating: - Great CD, excellent all the way!!I bought this cd at Amazon.co.uk (before it was available here), 'cos I've always been a big fan of Mancini's music, and of Blake Edwards' and Peter Sellers' 1960's movies, in fact I love Sellers' screen persona. This album was a must have for me, it was a matter of buying it or buying it. Only regret, it does not include Claudine Longet's original vocal version for "Nothing To Lose", but anyway it's just great.
