 Rating: - Excellent product!The grinder attachment works perfectly every time. For raw meat I grind it twice and the texture comes out just right. I suggest grinding the meat when it's half-defrosted as I noticed the meat gets stuck easily when it is completely defrosted or fresh. Like other reviewers have suggested, try to keep the job done in 15 minutes as the motor in the mixer can get really warm and feels like it's about to burn out...! It does a top notch job at grinding all sorts of meat. I purchased a whole chicken, cut it up, and ground the skin and all and it didn't miss a beat. I've also ground lamb and sirloin and it worked well with those too. I would highly recommend it. Clean up is easy too. It comes apart easily and all the pieces cleaned up nicely. |
