The nintendo version has two main differences from the arcade version. First of all, it has way better music. The arcade version was limited to a very simple percussion, the NES version has spirited music which enhances the fun of the game. Secondly, the levels are different, and shorter than in the arcade. Read More Rating:  - Could be a little bit more closer to the arcade versionOK, first off, the guy who posted that other review and said he only got to the second level must really suck, but then again, I've played the much-more-difficult arcade version, which I have also beaten with the dipswitches set to the second-hardest difficulty. Read More Rating: - one of those games you forget about through the yearsBut that's why I'm reviewing it, to make you remember it! It's an incredibly hard game. I only made it to the second stage. You are a guy with a knife and you walk to your right stabbing the people who get close to you, but it's hard because a lot of people come at you. In the first level you get a nice moody, and extremely catchy melody while you do this. What a hard game, like many NES games.
