The old switch had bleed-through to non-selected speakers, which sort of defeats the purpose. The monster switch works as it should - sound only from selected speakers. It also looks nice, with an attractive black coated aluminum housing, and the switches seem to be of good quality. (6 sets of two/audio-area), this is something great for the price it costs. Rating: - speaker selector does the jobI'm highly pleased with the utility of the monster speaker selector. Connections are easy, logical, and the sound does not appear degraded at all. Make sure you always have the protection button engaged. Without it, my amp shut down.
