Let's Get Physical! This healthy collection of 16 fun fitness songs focuses on movement and locomotor activities, including: walking, hopping, skipping, jumping, running, galloping and leaping. Stir It Up, Monkey In the Middle, Stomp and Clap are just three that will get kids up and moving. Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - Fun with physical education!I'm a physical education teacher and I just have to say that this CD makes my job more fun. I use it with pre/K-6th and when I turn it on it's like I become the icecream person. My students want to "Raise the Ceiling" and "Stomp and Clap" over and over again. Now I"m in search of more Learning Station music! I think their CD's have helped me achieve "Teacher of the Year". P.S. This CD is also fun for family gatherings. The "Side Slide" is a dance that will have everyone up and moving. Rating: - Physical Ed is Great!I teach in a classroom full of energetic 3 and 4 year olds. They just can't seem to get enough of "Monkey in the Middle". My 7 year old son said this CD is "the best one yet!". Thank you Learning Station for all you do. Rating: - Physical Ed's a hit with children!!I've been workshoping songs on Physical Ed and other Learning Station CD's for many years and this one is my favorite! "Monkey in the Middle" gives the monkey creativity to lead the dance, "Side Slide" is a fun line dance and "Stomp and Clap" is especially challenging and energetic. Physical Ed is definitely a hit with children. Teachers find that it is a must for locomotor skills during music and movement time! Rating: - Too much of the same old drillsI was hoping for a movement CD that would be more of a challenge. However, with the drill approach-there is no challenge except to do as they say. The songs are loud and fast and the movements called for are boring. I buy all of my own teaching materials and will sadly not be able to use this one, nor will I be able to recommend it. |
