 Rating:  - nice ideaThe window attachment did not work with this hummingbird feeder. Had to improvise putting it on a pole with some wire. Rating:  - Nice form, fit and function!Nice product, durable, easy to fill and refill, although we did have considerable difficulty getting the bracket off of the feeder the first time, could be difficult for elderly or infirm. Rating:  - Fatal Flaw in DesignWhile it seems intuitively obvious, I nonetheless read the instructions on how to mount this. Then I did what it said: cleaned the window, attached the suction cups to the feeder, wet the cups and pressed it against the window. Only problem is this: the plastic rim on the back of the unit around the suction cups prevents you from firmly pressing the cups against the window. Result: the unit stayed put for less than 30 minutes before falling off and breaking into sticky mess. Something ... The reviewers that stated the plastic frame prevents the suction cups from adhering didn't follow the instructions for installing it properly. Admittedly, the instructions are poor. But if you follow them correctly, it works well with a strong bond. I gave one to my parents for Christmas. Read More Rating: - The birds love themThe only problem I had was the shipping. I had ordered 4 feeders. Each came in a seperate box. Three came in square boxes leaving plenty of room for external impacts. The 4th came in a thinner box and arrived broken. Why they used a different box is beyond me. I did get a refund but really wanted 4 feeders. The feeders themselves are great. The birds love them. They attach to the window very tightly.
