The product came in a sealed box and was of excellent condition. The product is as advertised. Closing remarks: great service, amazing delivery time. Since the Dell computer I have uses an ethernet port built onto the motherboard, they would have had to replace the motherboard to fix the problem. Using this product was faster and cheaper.
