 Rating:  - A must have!I can't say enough about my Matfer Exopat Nonstick Baking Sheets. I purchased several for Christmas gifts and kept a couple for myself. They are priceless when it comes to perfect cookies and perfect cleanup. Rating:  - Absolutely nothing sticksI love this, except for cookies. Here in the Florida where the humidity is always high, there is a problem with cookies rising. I find that using this mat for cookies increases the problem and the cookies come out hard and flat.
