Bring it to your meetings, interviews, and classes - the voice-operated recording activates the recorder only when audible sound is present, conserving tape and eliminating soundless passages. In addition, 1 cassette and 2 batteries are included for your convenience. Features include a record/battery indicator with a Voice Mirror, 30-hour battery life, the "Clear Voice Plus" Recording System, which provides greater clarity during recording and playback, and a 3-digit tape counter. Play and record operation is also made easy with one-touch recording. Get all the facts on tape with the M-560V. Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - Cheap but worth itI bought this about three years ago and it is great. I can use it to record school lectures and it picks up everything real nice. Unless you listen to what you recorded with headphones or some other external speaker you will hear a lot of background noise. Once you put on headphones though all background noise is gone and the voice comes through clear. I have even used this to record my kids complaining about homework l so I could play it back for them later and have proof of what they said. The ... Read More Rating: - Good, Clear QualityI have had this for 5 years and it still works great. In a normal setting (like a room), it records very clear. I recently used it underneath a big stack of clothes to record friends for a school project and I could hear everything just fine. The only times I have had not so clear recording is outside and in my car, and it still produces good audio. Note however, that this was still with the volume at a normal level. If it is turned up all the way then the audio quality is diminished, but there is ... Read More Rating: - Bad ChoiceRecords a loud and persistant background noise. The Voice Activated Recording on my unit did not work. It records continuously even in a very quiet room. The microphone is not strong enough to record a meeting. Realized after I opened it that it does not have an automatic reverse function. I plan to return it to Office Depot. Rating: - Noise recorderRecords mostly noise of the motor. Poor sensitivity and poor recording quality. My 5 years old (and stolen...) Sony recorder was perfect. This one is useless. Rating: - Pretty good for the moneyI've had mine for three or four years now. I've used it for taking notes as well as recording meetings, and it's good at both. It's small enough that it doesn't draw attention to itself. Now, it's not a supersensitive spy recorder; you're not going to record a quiet coversation across the room. But that's not what it was meant for. It's best for recoding voices within 6-10 feet, although in a pinch it will record (somewhat noisily) from twice that distance. Add an external microphone and ... Read More |
