 Rating:  - A good buyAfter reading the reviews here and elsewhere, I decided on this Rival 3735WN 3-1/2 Quart Slow Cooker. I've used it several times now, and I am so happy I bought this. It replaced a crockpot that had finally gone out. This model made me realize that the old one was not working properly for years. I wish I had bought this a long time ago! Rating: - nice size, great removable insertThe size of this slow cooker is just right for singles/couples. Smaller ones aren't big enough to accommodate most recipes (even when cut in half), and if you are cooking for one or two, you don't need a huge family-sized cooker. It cooked evenly, not overcooking and the roast I cooked was very tender after cooking on low for 10 hours. The oval shape also lends itself to cooking odd shaped meats.
