 Rating:  - Awesome - Very Easy To UseThis software works great. Very easy to use. Simple one step for enhancing photos. Easy red eye removal. And lots of cool effects and manual enhancing also.......Five Stars ***** Rating:  - Horrible productThis is the worst product I have ever bought. I thought that it would be so great because of some of the reviews I had read and it turned out to be a nightmare. I installed the product and it wouldn't work so I called tech support. I was told that I would have to pay $35 to get help after spending almost an hour on hold for which I had to pay for. I feel this is a low rate product designed by lazy people. It is not worth the money or the hassel. FInd something better to spend your money on. Rating: - Not a great companyI order this product based on all the great reviews from others and now I really regret it. I was unable to get the product to work and so I went to their website to see if I could get it resolved. I was told that I would have to pay $$$ dollars for a technical assistant to help me. I was then put on hold for 45 minutes and no one ever came back to help me . SInce I was also paying for the call I finally hung up. I tried to contact the company via email and they have none. I'm very unhappy with this ... Read More Rating: - A complete waste of moneyI was happy with MGI PhotoSuite, but after having my hard drive wiped after a crash, I was unable to locate the installation CD. So I bought PhotoSuite 4. Nine times out of ten it takes 5 or more tries to scan a single snapshot. The editing features are considerably less than the earlier product, and I agree with other customers that their product support is non-existent! Given the horrible performance of PhotoSuite 4 and the fact that Roxio's Easy CD Creator is now crashing on computers all over ... Read More Rating: - Addictive software, but No Customer ServiceThe software that comes with Platinum Edition PhotoSuite is very easy to use. Editing a photo is very easy, but the cababilities are limited. The real problem is the ease of use makes the software addictive than you run into a problem. The only way to get customer service is to pay [money]+ to just be able to speak to a person. Of course there is no garantee they will be able to fix the problem or even do anything about it.
