Rating: - Love it!We are always running out of Iced Tea at family events, so I loved that we could get an extra pitcher. Rating:  - Wish it lasted longer...I bought a replacement pot for my last pot, because it had cracked. This will be my third pot, and I bought two. The tea pot brews great tea, but unfortunately, the pots don't hold up. Wish they would make them more durable! Rating:  - Good machine, fragile pitcher!I'm now ordering my THIRD pitcher. No; I don't put it in the dishwasher. One just split at the seam; another fell on a counter and broke. After reading another review I suppose the heat/cold contract may weaken the pitcher. Anyway, I'm hooked on the ease of having fresh iced tea in the fridge whenever I want it and the machine does that in a flash. So, here I go ordering another pitcher...
