Product Description:
Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is a retelling of the venerable series'first game with a quest for up to four players -- all on one cartridge. The game is a mix of action and puzzles where Link must travel between the Light and Dark worlds to rescue Princess Zelda. In the multiplayer game, Four Swords, between two to four players take on the roles of young adventurers who answer a challenge from the Triforce. They must brave the dangers of multiple dungeons in a quest to find the Master Sword. Their strength will be tested by fierce monsters, their wisdom tested by complex puzzles, and their courage tested by having to cooperate with each other to overcome obstacles.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - The best video game of all time
Yeah, I know that title may be pretty grand for this old 16-bit video game, but for a fantasy/adventure lover like me, it just don't get better than this. Inspite of all the video games I've played with all their flashy 3-D graphics and extremely complex gameplay, if I had to honestly choose one video game to be crowned king, this would be the one. It just represents every young man (or boy's) longing for adventure and excitement, a quest/purpose, to fight unimaginable monsters/evil, to save the ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - great game
This Zelda game back in the early 90s made up for the 2nd game being a piece of crap. The world map is big with a light and dark world map making the game twice as big. There lots of new items like the pegasis boots for running, the master sword, and the mirror for switching to new worlds. If you did like the origonal game you will love this one. So I say you should check this game out. There is a 2nd game on this besides A Link to the past, The 4 swords. I havent played it since you need 4 friends ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Surprisingly fun
Some parts of the game are surprisingly tricky and oftentimes frustrating. I needed online help since I'm usually lousy at finding things. However, it's still a fun game that I had trouble putting down. There were many opportunities to interact with the environment, which increased as I found more tools. I picked up rocks, cut down signs, ran into trees to release their contents, dug holes in the ground to look for treasure, I pulled levers and dragged statues, and I even made myself invisible. My biggest ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Games
Got this for my 6 year old grandson, since he was always taking his older brother's gameboy. Got him a Gameboy from Amazon (used) also, so he was all set to go and the big brother did not have to worry about his "stuff". Now they are both happy and can switch games when they want.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - 2 for 1, 1 for 2
A great classic game plus a multi-player Zelda in addition. Who can turn up their nose to that?
