 Rating:  - It works great for me!I didn't have any problem installing the software and using it. I must say I am thrilled with all the features it has, especially for haircuts. And also - the fashion makeover is a remarkable plus as compared with other versions. I don't know why for other people it didn't work, it may have been an incompatibility with their platform. She loves it, except for the fact that the "downloads" portion of the software does not work due to discontinuation. It looks like it never worked. I think that is very misleading and the programmers should follow through with their promise. Parts of the program didn't work at all. Some of the features didn't work at all. The web site doesn't work. Rating: - Worst software of all timeMy experience is very similar to the person from NM: I had the first version a long time ago, wasn't happy with its sluggish performance and silly interface. But the 2003 version was on sale -- "free" after rebate -- so I said what the heck. I was still appalled by its poor design and implementation. Installation actually gave an error and crashed the first time! I restarted my PC and the second time it installed. But the program is just as slow as the first version. (The school district purchased around 50) The students were able to apply measuring skills as well as design principles due to its feature of preparing a virtual model.
