Highly recommended Rating: - Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Camera Lens This is a wonderful bargain lens. You can't go wrong with this one. It is plastic but the glass is superb! I love it and use it a lot. I is great for low light. Rating:  - Great for portraitsWhile I am not a professional by any stretch of the imagination, this lens is an excellently priced for an excellent portrait lens. Used with my Rebel XT, results are great. Although prime lenses aren't for everyone, this is a great addition to an amateur's collection. Rating: - I like this lens.This is a fun lens. Definitely good for shooting portraits. Was only disappointed with shipping as it was through another company but I was not informed when it would arrive so I ended up with extra charges. Don't know how that can be improved. Still a good lens to buy! Rating: - WowI'm by no means a professional photographer, but this lense makes some of my photos look professional.
