Hidden neck and chest pouches aren't always so hidden, but this is the best one I've used.

For the uninitiated, this works by wearing around your neck over your chest and hanging the strap around your neck.

This really requires a bloused or untucked shirt, or closed jacket because the chest pouch will create a silhouette after you insert any items of substance.
