Editorial Review: Product Description: Now you can create, edit and archive home movies and digital photos, while storing and accessing data from one re-recordable DVD disc. DVD-RW discs capture all digital data brilliantly, and are large enough to hold oversized digital movie files. They can hold 4.7GB of information, which means it is possible to record 120 minutes of MPEG2 video footage with outstanding picture quality. Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - Problems with certain devices, but generally stable.I have two computers at home. One has no problem with these discs, but the other computer can burn on any DVD I throw at it except these. The computer's only a year old and has a DVD+-RW DL SuperMulti drive! It seems to read the discs OK after they are burned, but when trying to burn data onto them I get a power calibration error EVERY time. Other than that, these discs work great in my other computer, but are slow, slow, slow. With a burn speed of 2x, it takes about an hour to burn ... Read More Rating: - THE BEST OF ALL THE DVD-RW'SMY DVD RECORDER ONLY USES THESE KIND OF DVD'S. IT HAS TO BE 1X-2X SPEED. THIS 10 PACK IS GREAT. THEY HAVE EACH DVD IN IT'S OWN CASE. YOU HAVE A LARGE LABEL, WHICH HELPS, CAUSE I LIKE TO REUSE THEM OVER AGAIN. IT'S VERY HARD TO FIND IN STORES, THERE ARE OTHER BRANDS, BUT I CAN'T USE THEM BECAUSE OF THE SPEED ISSUE. IT'S A GREAT VALUE, AND A GREAT BUY. I STILL HAVE DVD'S THAT ARE YEARS OLD, THAT STILL WORK LIKE NEW. Rating: - Great choice for older DVR recordersI have an older Toshiba TIVO DVD-R/RW recorder that is finicky on blank media. The machines spec is for 2x DVD-RW media. Other people on the Internet have written that they have had trouble recording with 4x and faster blanks. I've never had a burn failure with this media. |
