 Rating: - Incredible SoundI just love this subwoofer. My old subwoofer that came with my Infinity TSS-1100 6 speaker set burned out after a year. So back into the sound market I went. After reading many reviews for many subwoofers in this price range, I purchased this one. Besides the obvious bass "ooomph" it adds to the sound, it's the rich depth of sound filling your room that really gets your attention. It's as if you are live at a concert. If this one lasts, I will be totally satisfied with my purchase. Rating: - The "Bass" you need The Polk Audio PSW505 delivers the bass you need and want for both home theater and music. You have the ability to add more or less bass with controls on the rear of the subwoofer. For the price I am fully satisfied with my purchase of a Polk powered subwoofer. Go ahead and treat yourself. The room is 20'x40'x11' ceiling and the 505 has no trouble generating the pressure for clear, loud base. Better yet, it was discounted $200 when I purchased the SB50. Furniture-wise it's not the most attractive sub out there but sound-wise I'm completely satisfied. |
