 Rating:  - Happy with purchaseProduct arrived in timely manner. I am pleased with the voice and sound quality of the product. For improvements, I would suggest a stronger belt clip and a greater volume gain. Rating: - pretty goodoverall I like the phone. it does take a little getting used to since it's so small. If your eyesight isn't the best make sure your glasses are always on hand for this one. I dont like that you really can't clip it on with much confidence. It will slip off easily. Also the fact that you have to keep it on the base in order to insure it's charged up means you can't just clip it on and go about your business. Rating: - PLANTRONICS -THE BEST PHONESI have used Plantronics phones for 10 years now and I have never been dissapointed, specially with the CT-10 (my first plantronics) and CT-12 models which are perfect for work and personal use. This is by far one of the best phones! Rating:  - Adequate - but not high qualityThis phone was a replacement for a Radio Shack hands-free phone I had previously -- and it doesn't quite measure up to what I had, but that old one was no longer available. Nevertheless, it does do the trick, it is adequate for my "hands free" needs. One problem - the keypad is tiny - similar to a cell phone - and not intended for those of us who have any difficulty seeing itty-bitty print or pushing teeny tiny buttons! That can be aggravating. The headset is, again, adequate - but not high quality. ...
