There is a lot of in-depth political strategies that only get more complicated the higher up the food chain your characters get. I'm guessing that if you looked this game up that you know at least a bit about the series, and that this is the best of the series, though I am yet to play Romance 9. I highly suggest picking it up if you get the chance, and if you really, REALLY like political strategy games.
