Same brand, same corkscrew. For 5 bucks, who can really complain about it? Just buy it somewhere else or get ripped off. Rating:  - ehNot the highest quality. I've always preferred the Waiter Style corkscrew, but a conventional one doesn't always get the torque that it takes to get a sticky cork loose (at least without getting your blood pressure up in the process). The two step system on the Pulltap double hinged corkscrew gets that extra bit of torque to get the cork out of the bottle, and then gives you that extra bit of travel it takes to get the cork out of the bottle without ... This is the sweetest little corkscrew opener I've ever used. The hinged design is exactly what's called for and the action is smooth and easy every time. Why would I reach for anything else? This is so uncomplicated, quick and easy (and small which is a consideration in my kitchen). |
