 Rating: - Great price, three hitches.The price is great for what you get. The range of frequency and loudness are there. Three hitches. One, a little lacking in the mid-range. This is most likely due to the physical limitation of such a deep bass driver and such a small mid driver in the satellites. The satellites are nice, but the mids could be punchier for a more complete, rich sound. Two, a lot of noise from the tweeters when not in use. Listening to Pearl Jam's TEN album. So far I've been impressed with it's loud, full sound. Subwoofer hits reasonably hard for only being an 8 incher at around 100 watts. Cool volume and power pod lights up blue. (Goes well with black computers, lol) All in all, pretty happy with this buy. Well worth spending a Benjamin on. It's hard to believe that I could have gotten such a sophisticated looking and impressive sounding piece of hardware for less than $100. The cabling and connectors themselves look to be worth $100. The speakers produce a nice crisp and powerful sound. I'm very happy with this purchase. |
