Today the art of Taiji Ball training is almost unknown. ![]() Rating: - terrific!Very nice video. The breathing instructions are on this course also, which helped remind me to TRY and feel my Qi while rotating the ball. After a few months of this I feel like I understand how this really is basic training for Tai Chi or any martial art. It is a whole body workout. And its a simple repetetive movement that you can get into so that you can train yourself to be aware of your Qi energy circulation while you're moving. This training has improved my Tai Chi form immensely. |
