I've had this for a few months and was really confused about how to use it. The instructions are really unclear. You need "fat" zucchini and carrots to make the "pasta" strands. When it works, it is great and makes some pretty "continuous ribbons" for garnish. I just noticed there is some rust at the base of the handle and don't understand why they wouldn't use non-rusting parts for something that is obviously going to get wet when you clean it.
