You can attach your personal announcement to any phone number or let it read out the number. In a large family, this alows the correct person to answer a particular call. Rating: - Good & BadThis thing works good as far as announcing the calling number. However, when you try to use the programming feature it only lets you enter the information for a split second. Rating: - Generally good with one defectI bought this to replace my previous talking caller ID unit which would only talk the recorded name you did for each number. This unit talks the number or the recorded name you do. In my old ID unit the mass delete would not delete the numbers with a recorded name. The only reason this does not get 5 stars is the brief time that it gives you to record your announcement of the person calling. But, this would not stop me from buying another one. Keep your recording "reasonably" short and you will have no problem. |
