Product Description:
Spider-Man 2 returns you to the world of Peter Parker. He's a troubled young man, and havingpeople trying to kill doesn't help things. This game follows the plot to Spider-Man 2, with new elements and enemies - to keep the gaming action as exciting as the hit movie.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - More fun than expected
This is one of the only movie tie-in games that I actually enjoyed.
The gaming area is huge, as well it should be. It's the island of Manhattan as well as Roosevelt Island. Anyone who has spend any time in NY will instantly go to there favorite landmark (also props for the tasteful WTC site). I suppose you can get lost, but NY does have a somewhat confusing layout.
The fastest way to travel is web swinging. Once you get the handle of it (R shoulder shoots web, A drops it, optional speed ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent Game Design and Graphics!
Spider Man 2, gotta love it. This is without a doubt the best combination of genres I've seen in a game. Seamlessly blending RPG, Action, Adventure and Arcade, this game has a lot for everybody. There is a wonderful story mode with beautifully rendered cut scenes, and also a really fun free roaming mode. I bought this game a long time ago, and I still love playing it. If you only buy a few games this year, make this one of them.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Swingin'
Spider-Man 2 is a decent game. For those that want an easy swinging web-head there is an easy mode, but the normal mode for all its extra difficuly is a much richer experience. If you want straight swinging with one button then go for it, but if your swinging from a building to the side of you then of course you will swing in an arc. That's just realistic. The skill comes in at being able to control this with additiol webs and timed jumps and when you do you will feel like the movie. Yes the side ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Spider-man 2 = an instant buy
I know the first Spider-man movie game sucked. But Activision has worked very hard on this free range action game. The training is very helpfull and the controls are easy to adapt to. I thought this game would do one thing wrong and that would be what you would do after you beet the story mode, but unlike most games this one doesn't go back to the menu screen after you win. Instead you are free to keep swinging arond the city and stopping crime even after you complete the story mode. I personally ... Read More
