 Rating:  - Bike RackI own this product. I bought it years ago and have used it with no problems. It is sturdy, easy to use. The bikes do not rattle, they stay very secure and steady. A great item! I was nervous about the quality, but it arrived and a casual inspection revealed a very rugged and well made rack. I took the free shipping and got this in 3 days! I can put this on my truck and load our bikes in less than 5 minutes with no tools. The bikes can't scratch my truck and they don't get scratched because the carrier is so well designed. My highest recommendation for this product and Amazon! Rating:  - recommendation wrongYou recomended that I purchase a Master lock class III/IV snap on reciever hitch lock with a 5/8 inch pin, when I purchased my Swagman XC Cross-Country 2-Bike hitch mount rack. The pin does not fit into in the hitch arm. I will have to either use the screw pin which is difficult to remove the rack when I am not using or midify the hitch to use the hitch lock that you recomrnded.
