I did not return it due to the fact that it is more of a hassle than it is worth....I doubt if I will purchase anything again on amazon or it's affiliates. Robert Falk Rating: - TIP OF ANTENNA LIGHTS UP!I've owned these phones for years, and I just LOVE them! The main thing that sets them apart from other models is that the tip of the antenna LIGHTS UP (along with the screen) when a call comes in. This makes it so much easier to FIND the phone, especially when the handset is laying face down. I lost one of my handsets, so I am buying more. I only wish the directory held more than 50 names. It's also very easy to copy an entry to the other handsets. Rating: - Good phoneSolid phone. I work from home and needed this handset as a replacement for another handset.
