Editorial Review: Amazon.com Product Description: Timex gives its signature Ironman Triathlon multi-function, performance sport watch a sleek new look that's a great fit for both men and women. Featuring a full complement of athletic timing features and a striking profile, the Timex Triathlon Sleek T59201 has a metallic silver resin case that's complemented by a uniquely styled, slim profile black resin strap. It features three alarms that can be set for daily/weekday/weekend/weekly alarms, two time zones, an all-day white reflector display for easy reading even in direct sunlight, and water resistance to 100 meters. Sport timing functions include:
The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer. The Night Mode feature allows you to illuminate the Indiglo night-light for 3 seconds with any button press, regardless of the mode or function. Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - Disappointed! In under six months with normal use (3 or 4 runs a week and a couple of dunks in a swimming pool) this watch is no longer waterproof and the band has stretched to the point that the watch face won't stay connected. It is very easy to use and very comfortable, but it is almost at the point where it has become worthless. I will look for a different watch next time. Rating: - Love the watch, hate the bandThis is my third Ironman watch and of the three, this one is my favorite when it comes to the actual watch. (The stopwatch portion offers more options than my previous versions and it's less bulky, so it's a bit more feminine than my others.) But I bought it in January and the watch band has been driving me nuts since February. The resin that wraps around the four buttons is really thin and keeps popping off. I'm constantly squeezing the band to pop it back into the slots near the buttons that are ... Read More Rating: - Fit the needI'm not a hard-core runner, but wanted to train to run my first 5k. This watch was easy to use and did exactly what I needed it to. I wish it was a bit smaller still, as I have tiny wrists and even the ladies size was a bit big, but it's not heavy and works great. Rating: - Great, but only while it lastsMy family and I have four Timex Ironman watches among us. One by one these things have stopped being waterproof. At first they are fantastic (thus, the number of them that we own). The features are great and they are waterproof - for a while. None of these has ever been abused, just worn and never in water deeper than 10 feet (a mere 3.3 meters). One of them, worn into a swimming pool, came out full of water and completely non-functional. Fortunately it was under warranty, but it ... Read More Rating: - Timex Ironman watchI love it. It is light weight, sleek looking , comfortable and has great features! |
