The display is easy to read, and the disappearing digital allows for a more formal look when required. I found the watch just about perfect for looks and the display features. Unfortunately, the rubber watch band wore out and I found that replacement was not easy/feasible. At the price, however, I consider replacing the entire watch still a great value. For the most part, I use the analog part for checking the time anyway. My only complaint: the alarm is weak. Don't depend on it to wake you up if you're a heavy sleeper.
