 Rating: - They're Lying!Kai will claim this is a fish knife. They lie. I've used this on fish, on meat, vegetables, chocolate ... I can't for the life of me figure out what this knife wouldn't be good on. It's not a fish knife. It's a "first knife I reach for" knife. I have a much more expensive chef's knife (cant remember the name but it cost 60 dollars) and this knife is just as sharp if not sharper!!! cuts like butter though anything! I dont use it for fish only, it is a good small knife for cutting all kinds of things, when you dont need a big long chef knife. If you get this you will not be disappointed at all. Rating: - Another beautiful knife...These knives rock. I almost have every knife they make and I love them all. Especially the bread knife!
