![]() Rating: - Fun, but buggyi'm not sure if it was just me or what, but all three computers i have tried it on, it didn't work very well. it crashed constantly. i got around it by saving my game a lot, but it was still annoying. if you look beyond the crashing, it is pretty fun, but it also installed without sound. given the fact that it is so cheap, i think it would be worth while for you to try it, but beware the potential bugs. We love the Oregon Trail, we can strategize, hunt, fish, gather, pick our party, shop for supplies, change our course, view our course and have continuous updates on progress, health, etc. We can quickly jump around to check all of the above. The graphics are great, and the program always manages to surprise. In short, the Amazon Trail possesses none of these qualities. It is slow, boring, and somewhat confusing. However, this is the only good thing that I can find to say about it. It is almost devoid of the stategic elements that make Oregon Trail enjoyable, and it's buggy to boot. It's good it's availible for under five dollars from the marketplace sellers, because any more than that would be highway robbery.
