The media/net buttons at the top aren't quite as easy to hit as those on the MS keyboard but they aren't annoying in any way. It forces your hands into a specific angle to take the pressure off of your wrists. Once you're used to using a split keyboard design such as this, you'll never go back to the regular keyboard.
